Dave and Suzanne Fisher started with a 4-unit building purchased on a land contract — living in a 17-foot trailer near the Ohio State Fairgrounds. Over nearly 60 years, the company they built grew to almost 900 units across Columbus and Texas, driven by the same conviction that anchored the very first lease: that every resident deserves to be treated well.

The business passed to a second generation under Nate Fisher, and today a third generation of the family carries the work forward — proof that the values were built to last.
